We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to works with our exceptional young people. Here at MJ Residential Services we work with young people who have experienced trauma & have complex emotional needs. We are looking for individuals who can inspire and have the skills to develop positive relationships & create change is that you?
​
We work using the PACE model and our staff team are supported using clinical supervision to explore their approach to supporting young people and developing there practise in a reflective manner. Our team will also tell you that we are proactive in supporting their professional development in relation to the diploma Level 4 & 5. If you are looking for a position to develop your career and therapeutic approach to supporting young people this may way be the post for you.
